The Lie is an episode of Rolie Polie Olie.
Plot[]
Brussels sprouts are the yuckiest! But if Olie wants to have dessert and watch Space Boy, he's gotta eat every last one on his plate. After lots of scheming and trouble, Olie learns that what Mom and Dad said was right: little lies can grow into super-duper giant humongous lies. It's always better to tell the truth.

- Although we see Billy's house, neither he nor his brother or parents participate in this episode.
- Olie Polie played with brussels sprouts.
- Olie Polie also made another lie at the end of the episode.
- Due to the episode's dramatic and dark nature, none of the series' three comic-relief characters (Pappy Polie, Billy Bevel, and Gizmo Polie) don't appear in this episode.
- When the giant brussel sprout rolls down the stairs, it chases after Olie. This is a possible reference to the famous opening scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indiana Jones is chased by a boulder while in a temple.
